David Webb

USPTA Elite Professional

David Webb is the Director of Tennis for RTC (Richland Tennis Center) in North Richland Hills, Texas. David is a native West Texan, graduating from Seminole High School. He was the Texas AAA State Doubles Champion in 1977. David graduated from West Texas State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has been involved professionally in tennis for over 39 years. He has served as Director of Tennis at several private clubs in the DFW Metroplex including Mira Vista Country Club and Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth.

David received an “Elite Professional” rating from the United States Professional Tennis Association in 1988 and served on the Board of Directors for the USPTA Texas Division from 1991 until 1996 as well as 2013 to 2020. He is the Past President of the USPTA Texas Division.  He served as one of 6 coaches for the National 12 and under team from Texas from 1992 until 1994 and in 1995 and 1996 served as the Head Coach. In 1996, he was selected as Central Zone Coach for the Challenge Cup in Boca Raton, Florida, which was a national tournament for the top 12 year olds from throughout the United States. David has coached players from beginners to world-class ATP professionals.


In 1998, David received the “Texas Proud Award” from the USPTA Texas Division. He has been ranked as high as #6 in Men’s Singles and #4 in Men’s Doubles in the Open division in Texas. In December of 2014, David received the “Heart of Service” award from the City of North Richland Hills Parks & Rec Department, in October of 2015, he received the “Industry Excellence” award from the USPTA Texas Division and in 2017, and he received the Star Award from the USPTA Texas Division. In 2019, David was awarded the Large Facility Manager of the Year Award from the USPTA Texas Division.

Bobby Reeves

USPTA Certified Head Tennis Professional


Bobby has over 25 years of tennis teaching experience. He has taught at RTC for the past 14 years and has coached several top juniors in Texas. Bobby coached 2 consecutive teams to win the 18 and under Junior Team Tennis National Championship. He has also been selected as the coach for the World Team Tennis Junior Nationals in San Diego, California for 6 years in a row.

Sarah Swanston

USPTA Certified Assistant Tennis Professional


Sarah has played tennis all her life, and coached for the last 25 years. Her coaching experience includes staff professional positions at 3 different municipalities, middle school and high school coaching, and Junior Team Tennis groups. She has taught adults over this time as well.


Sarah has been the Junior Team Tennis coordinator for the North Fort Worth Junior Team Tennis group for over a decade, building tennis leagues for over 150 Tarrant county youth tennis players for two seasons each year. In her role as coordinator, Sarah works with players, coaches, parents, state and national USTA Junior Team Tennis officials and various facilities to ensure a meaningful tennis experience for up and coming players.


As a staff professional at Richland Tennis Center, Sarah teaches both juniors and adults. She is part of the Junior Development program staff at RTC. From this group, Sarah promotes youth players into JTT tournaments and in-house leagues, with the goal of raising the level of the player’s abilities, exposing them to regional and state tournament play and instilling a lifelong love of tennis.

Peter Cole 

USPTA Certified Assistant Tennis Professional

Peter is a 2016 graduate of Birdville High School. He has been playing tennis since elementary school here in North Richland Hills at Walker Creek Elementary. His Mom introduced tennis to him and helped instill a passion and a drive to excel at something he can have with him through his whole life.

Peter enjoys the competition, the art of learning his opponent's strengths and weaknesses, the perseverance through tough matches and the sportsmanship that comes with playing and teaching tennis. He decided to become a tennis coach because he wanted to give the people of NRH a sport they can play for a lifetime. He is anxious to pass along his knowledge to anyone wanting to try the great sport of a lifetime.
